Correcting, disputing, and removing your listing

Malaysia Confinement Centre Guide is a free directory of confinement centre businesses built from public business information. Scores and review summaries are computed from Google reviews using a single, published rubric applied the same way to every business. Listing here costs nothing, and payment never affects a score or ranking. This page explains how to correct inaccurate business details, challenge a score, or ask for your listing to be removed. Fixing factual information

Your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services can be corrected when you submit the correct value along with proof of it. That proof might be your website, Google Business Profile, or another authoritative source we can verify against. Once applied, a correction stays in place through future data refreshes and updates to your listing.

Challenging your score

Scores are never edited by hand. A dispute is a claim that the data feeding the score is wrong: the listing was matched to the wrong business, reviews were attributed to your centre incorrectly, or a summary of those reviews misstates what reviewers wrote. We check the source data again and regenerate your listing if the error is confirmed. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Requesting removal

Listings are removed when a business has permanently closed, when the listing is a duplicate, or when the business falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly re-verification cycle also detects and removes permanently closed businesses automatically. If your listing is accurate and in scope, a removal request will be declined with a plain explanation of why.

How fast we respond

Every correction, dispute, and removal request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are actioned within 7 days. Declined requests are given the reason.
