Reviewers consistently report a hotel-quality postpartum experience with spacious facilities, daily cleaning, and skilled caregiving. Named staff like Ee Thing and Ms. Goh earn praise for attentiveness; five daily meals and herbal treatments (bath, massage, ginger shower) are highlighted. Two negative reviews cite management rudeness and delayed communication when babies showed concerning symptoms, creating caution around crisis response.
