Mothers consistently report feeling safe, well-rested and emotionally supported throughout their 28-day stays. Staff including lactation consultant Chew Teng and nursery teams provide attentive care for both mother and baby; paediatrician visits occur weekly, and wound care, breastfeeding guidance, and recovery activities like massage and physio are included. Meals are nutritious and customizable, rooms are clean with hotel-standard bedding, and the centre arranges thoughtful touches like farewell dinners and Mother's Day surprises.
