Mothers consistently report feeling fully cared for and confident as first-time parents by discharge. Staff-particularly the lactation team (named Charmaine, Elaine, Farah, Dr Grace) and nursery team-teach hands-on skills with patience and follow up responsively after mothers leave. The centre combines hospital-standard baby tracking (feeding and bowel movement records provided to new parents) with practical classes on breastfeeding, baby wear, and postpartum recovery. The environment is clean and quiet, five daily meals arrive on time, and nannies handle night feeds so mothers can rest. Location near Loh Guan Lye Specialist Hospital adds convenience.

Nearly all mothers report exceptional recovery experiences with professional, caring staff and nutritious fresh-cooked meals prepared daily for postpartum healing. Newborns thrive under dedicated nursing, and the tranquil, low-density single-storey facility with easy parking makes visits stress-free for families. One serious complaint describes unsafe infant feeding practices and inadequate response to safety concerns, including a baby hospitalized at 2 months from chronic overfeeding. While this is a stark outlier among overwhelmingly positive reviews, it signals potential gaps in breastfeeding knowledge and complaint handling. Most families who stay remark they would return.

Awesome Postnatal

4.5(22)

Most mothers praise Ms. Neoh's breastfeeding support and the nannies' warmth, along with convenient proximity to hospitals and meal quality. However, two serious incidents involving rough baby handling and unreported scratches have eroded trust; facility issues (heat, broken fans, short hot water) and repetitive meals also frustrate guests, especially those paying for premium suites.
