55 Petals operates a confinement centre offering professional postnatal care in Petaling Jaya. Their website lists 24-hour nursing, meals, breastfeeding support, and baby care education as core services. With 45 five-star reviews and no recorded complaints, the centre performs well above the category average of 4.83.
Most guests describe a serene retreat with genuinely caring nursery staff who provide hands-on attention to newborns and supportive recovery care for mothers. Rooms are clean, meals nutritious and flexible to dietary needs, and management responsive to most requests. One family reported serious trust issues: a baby found in an unsafe prone position on CCTV, sharp bed edges and missing bathroom guardrails unaddressed for weeks, privacy breaches while breastfeeding, and inconsistent care policies. These concerns suggest safety and operational inconsistencies that prospective families should carefully evaluate.
Google reviews show overwhelming five-star ratings with no one or two-star complaints recorded. Specific service feedback is not available from review text, so this reflects satisfaction with the business overall rather than detailed experience.
